Shipping policy

We ship from Roskilde to Denmark, to the EU and to a number of countries outside it.

Shipping

• Denmark: DKK 49
• EU: DKK 299
• Rest of the world: DKK 299

The charge is per order, whatever it contains. Shipping is shown in the basket before you pay.

Delivery time

You receive the order 1-2 weeks after placing it. You get an order confirmation straight away and a message when the parcel is sent.

We deliver to the address you give when ordering.

Subscriptions

CLIMAID SMART and CLIMAID SIMPLE are digital services and are not shipped. They are activated once the sensors are up.
